In addition, several senior researchers are expected to retire within the coming five years, creating a need to ensure long-term capacity in research, supervision, external funding activities, and teaching at first-, second-, and third-cycle levels.DutiesThe position involves research, teaching, and educational development within the subject area. The target distribution of duties is approximately 65% research and graduate co-supervision and 35% teaching and undergrad supervision.
