The focus of this role is to build understanding of battery cell durability through test planning, coordination, data follow-up, and analysis. You will help turn large amounts of test data into practical engineering insights that influence durability requirements, life prediction work, and usage strategies.You will work closely with internal labs, external test partners, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams in areas such as CAE, cell design, and integration. That gives you a broad view of how battery cell behaviour connects to the complete vehicle, from early concept work to release.
