About the job You help the CIO Office translate strategic priorities, transformation initiatives, and improvement opportunities into structured execution and measurable outcomes. Your main focus is business development, while you also ensure stable governance and continuous improvement within IT Asset & Configuration Management. Job responsibilities Drive and support business development and transformation initiatives from definition and planning through execution and follow-up. Help execute strategy, improve ways of working, and create transparency across priorities and initiatives. Facilitate workshops, innovation days, and other cross-functional improvement activities. Create clear communication and follow-up around progress, decisions, and dependencies. Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and the business to move initiatives forward. Own and continuously improve IT Asset & Configuration Management, including governance, CMDB, data quality, and lifecycle management.
