The team consists of specialists in fire safety, chemical safety, laser safety, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, and machine safety. The team also manages physical protection and security at the MAX IV Laboratory.We collaborate closely with engineers, researchers, administrative staff, and technical personnel across the facility, providing expert guidance to ensure the safe design, procurement, commissioning, and operation of MAX IV.
