Our mission is to manage powertrain certification and compliance activities, ensuring that our products meet applicable regulatory requirements for power, emissions, CO₂, energy efficiency, fuel consumption, OBD, EMC, and electrical safety. We make sure our products remain compliant throughout their lifecycle, helping Volvo sell its products, reduce the risk of non-compliance, and contribute to safer products and a better environment. We work with components and systems across the driveline for both battery-electric vehicles and internal-combustion-engine vehicles, as well as future powertrain technologies.
