You will work with unpaid B2B invoices on behalf of our clients, with cases involving companies and individuals all over the world.This is a role for someone who enjoys communication, problem-solving and who is not afraid to take the initiative.The roleAs a Collection Advisor in our International Team, you will be responsible for managing collection cases from start to finish. Our clients trust us to recover money that is owed to them, and your job is to find the best way forward.You will communicate with debtors, clients, authorities and business partners around the world, primarily in English. Your day may include anything from calling a company in another country to discuss an outstanding invoice, negotiating a payment arrangement, responding to emails, providing advice to a client or taking the next step in a legal process.Because we work across many different countries, attention to detail is important.
