Your missionAs SAP Competence Center Manager for Product Area ERP, you’re part of the management team driving strategy, cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence. Your focus is to ensure that the ERP product teams have the skills, capacity and conditions they need to deliver business value, particularly within SAP. You report to the Product Area Manager for ERP and collaborate with peers across divisions. Job responsibilities Drive skills development and competence planning across ERP teams. Lead recruitment and strategic sourcing together with HR and purchasing. Support employees throughout the lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. Coach individuals and teams to encourage development and effective delivery. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Contribute to change management, union collaboration and EHS compliance. Location and flexibility The position is based in Sandviken or Stockhom.
