We’re looking for a Construction & Facilities Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage how Axel Arigato physical spaces are built, refurbished, and maintained - from stores to showrooms and pop-ups. You’ll own the budget for these spaces, working closely with contractors, landlords and teams across the business to keep each one safe, functional and well maintained. You plan carefully, follow through, and keep contractors, landlords and colleagues aligned when timelines get tight. You’re comfortable managing external partners across several markets, you hold suppliers to a clear standard, and you look for ways to make each project run smoother than the last.WHAT YOU WILL DOOwn time schedules, RACI, budgets, labor and risk mitigation plans for every construction and refurbishment project.Lead projects from start to close-out, coordinating subcontractors and keeping landlords, contractors and internal stakeholders updated on progress.Review, adapt and execute lease, supplier and maintenance agreements through a transparent procurement process that reduces business risk.Run snag, punch and QC reports and follow up on execution, so every store opens to standard.Manage preventive and corrective maintenance with our facilities partners in the US and EU, tracking both performance and cost.Bring commercial design feedback into each project to keep store quality and customer experience consistent.Set and follow up department goals each quarter, making responsibilities…ByggledareIngenjörer och tekniker inom bygg och anläggning
