As our Customer Delivery organization continues to grow, we are looking for a Customer Project Manager who enjoys combining technical understanding, leadership and customer collaboration in a fast-moving international environment. About the role As a Customer Project Manager, you will become one of the key people responsible for ensuring successful customer deliveries throughout the complete project lifecycle.You will coordinate customer project with the responsibility of balancing technical, commercial and operational aspects while ensuring deliveries meet quality, timing and customer expectations. Working closely with our engineering teams, you will allocate resources, coordinate priorities, facilitate communication and create the best possible conditions for the project teams to succeed.The role includes close collaboration with customers across Europe and Asia as well as daily interaction with colleagues in Linköping.Depending on your interests, you'll also have the opportunity to contribute to business development, process improvements and new ways of working, including how AI can support more efficient project execution. Your profile To succeed in this role, we believe you have:Required qualifications: BSc or MSc in Engineering, or equivalent technical education.Several years of project management experience or another technical leadership role.Experience managing projects throughout the complete project lifecycle.Strong communication skills in international environments.Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.Ability to work in a structured and well-documented manner.Class B driving licence.
