Working closely with Sales, Production, Planning and Logistics, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience.In your future role as Customer Service Representative you will• Take ownership of the full order-to-invoice process for your own group of customers and business area.• Be the main contact person for your customers, handling their orders, questions and requests, and making sure their voice is heard internally.• Work closely with our Sales, Production, Planning and Logistics teams to secure smooth deliveries and a positive customer experience.• Be part of a supportive Business Line team, where you also help colleagues as a backup when needed.We believe you bring• University education or equivalent in sales, trade, administration or logistics/distribution — or experience in a similar role, for example in a travel agency, transport/logistics company or other customer-focused business.• Good IT skills and experience with order-entry or booking systems.• Fluent written and spoken English.Great if you have• Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system.• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.We believe you are...• Customer-foc…
