Main Areas of Responsibility Responsible for ensuring a stable workflow in the follow‑up of delivery orders for their customer portfolio and preparing sales forecasts, while always maintaining high customer satisfaction. The tasks include: Handling delivery orders — from receipt to final customer delivery. Managing the customer portfolio and working in customer portals (updates, archiving, etc.). Analytical ability, customer‑service oriented, stress‑resistant, and comfortable on the phone. Good knowledge of Office programs is required. Swedish and English (fluent in speech and writing). An interest in improving and developing processes. Knowledge of transport administration.
