We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Energy Industries) for a company in Malmö. Start is ASAP, 1 year limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Malmö. Responsibilities* Manage customer orders and support order-related inquiries* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order handling and delivery follow-up* Support and improve electronic order flows and internal processes* Work in SAP and other internal systems/tools* Ensure timely communication with customers and stakeholders* Identify improvement areas and support process development Requirements* 1–3+ years of experience in customer service, order handling, or administration* Experience working in ERP systems (SAP preferred)* Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously* Strong communication and coordination skills* Swedish is mandatory, English basic knowledge required* Business Administration education or equivalent experience is preferred This is a full-time consultant position in Malmö through Incluso.
