About this roleWe are seeking a D365 Solution Architect to join our CRM team and help shape the future of customer engagement at Husqvarna Group. You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across our Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Customer Insights.This is a tactical and operational role that bridges business needs with technical execution, ensuring our CRM architecture supports global business strategies as well as larger implementation initiatives, while delivering seamless customer journeys.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive solution architecture for CRM initiatives, with a focus on Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Customer Insights, by ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and fit-for-purpose.Translate business requirements into technical designs, integration structures and data flows that align with enterprise architecture guardrails, platform strategy and IT Design Authority standards.Work close with CRM Technology Manager, contribute to roadmap planning as well as enabling the technical initiatives in the operations roadmapCollaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to guide implementation and ensure delivery quality.Support platform consolidation and application rationalization efforts.Participate in architectural governance forumsEnsure integration with other enterprise platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Azure, SAP) as well as AI Agents.At…
