We are now looking for an engaged mechanical engineer to join our Accessories team. Accessories develops a broad range of products, including carrying systems, personal protective equipment such as helmets and hearing protection, tools and equipment for forestry work and arborists, as well as several other product areas. The Accessories team consists of five mechanical engineers and a Group Manager. It is a experienced team where colleagues work closely together, exchange knowledge and use each other’s experience even when working in different projects and initiatives. Role DescriptionAs a Design Engineer Accessories, you will work with both new product development and product maintenance, taking ideas from early concepts through to industrialized products. You will be part of cross-functional development projects and collaborate with R&D, Global Design, Purchasing, Product Management, test laboratories, factories and external suppliers.
