We are now recruiting an experienced Electrical Team Leader to lead and coordinate electrical installation activities at our project site in Boden, Sweden.Work DutiesLead and supervise a team of electricians in daily installation activitiesPlan, coordinate, and monitor electrical work according to the project scheduleEnsure all electrical installations are carried out in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable standardsMonitor work quality, productivity, and progress within the electrical teamEnsure compliance with Swedish workplace safety regulations and company safety proceduresCoordinate work with project management, subcontractors, and other disciplines on siteIdentify technical issues and support the team in resolving them efficientlyCoordinate material requirements with the warehouse and procurement teamsPrepare daily progress reports and communicate project updatesTrain, mentor, and support electricians and newly assigned personnelQualificationsProven experience as an electrician with previous team leadership or supervisory experienceExperience from industrial, energy, or large-scale construction projects is highly desirableAbility to lead, motivate, and coordinate a multicultural workforceAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentationGood knowledge of electrical safety regulations and installation practicesStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary project teamGood knowledge of English is considered an advantageTurkish and/or Swedish are considered strong advantagesEmployme…
