By identifying what matters most across the employee lifecycle, you will enable HR and business leaders to focus on the right priorities and drive tangible impact. You will play a key role in the Group Employee Experience team by providing your peers with insights and ways to measure the impact of our initiatives, as well as shifting us towards understanding the full employee experience - with engagement data, touchpoint data and focus group insights.
