In this role, you will support managers and People & Culture (P&C) in handling complex individual employee cases where a career transition may be required—either internally within the company or externally. Your primary objective will be to enable earlier, more tailored handling of transition cases, reduce lead times, support internal mobility, and relieve the workload for managers and local P&C teams.
