We are looking for an experienced EHS Manager to support the delivery of large-scale construction and data centre projects in Horndal, Sweden.This role sits at the centre of project delivery, risk management and safety leadership — ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with both company and regulatory requirements.You’ll work closely with project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to drive a proactive safety culture, support compliance activities and contribute to the successful delivery of technically complex projects.What you’ll be doing• Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of EHS policies, procedures and management systems across projects• Ensuring compliance with Swedish construction regulations, industry standards and company requirements• Conducting regular site inspections, audits and safety walks• Reviewing Risk Assessments, Method Statements and permit-to-work processes• Monitoring contractor EHS performance and supporting corrective and preventive actions• Supporting incident investigations, reporting activities and root cause analysis• Preparing and maintaining EHS documentation, records and project reports• Working closely with project, commercial, procurement and delivery teams on EHS-related matters• Delivering toolbox talks, safety briefings and supporting EHS training initiatives• Promoting a positive safety culture and driving continuous improvement across site teamsWhat we’re looking forWe’re looking for proactive safety professionals with strong communication skills, practical construction experience and a passion for creating safe working environments.You should be comfortable working closely with project teams and contractors, supporting compliance activities and managing EHS requirements within fas…Civilingenjör, byggnadskonstruktionCivilingenjörsyrken inom bygg och anläggning
