We are looking for a Department Manager in Exploration to drive growth, prioritization, and value creation in the Central Fennoscandia region. The region is centred on the Skellefte District, one of Europe's premier volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) districts. It includes three operating mines, as well as several exploration ventures and projects. Who you will work withAs Department Manager for Exploration in the Central Fennoscandia region, you are accountable for the full exploration value chain, from early-stage greenfield to near-mine initiatives across the Skellefte district. Together with your first line managers, you lead the prioritization of exploration projects, balance long-term discovery potential with short-term business needs and allocate resources to maximize value creation and organic growth across the whole region.
