Job DescriptionWHAT YOU’LL DOAs Facility Manager, you will enable and secure the operations of H&M Group’s retail portfolio in Sweden by delivering optimized, qualitative and cost-efficient Facility Management services that support business needs and asset performance. You will own the full FM scope, steer suppliers and service delivery, maintain accurate asset and maintenance data, and translate business needs into effective facility plans and investments. You will combine operational excellence with lifecycle planning, data-driven follow-up and continuous improvement across the portfolio.Key responsibilities include :FM scope and category ownership: Act as the FM Category Manager, owning your FM categories end-to-end: defining strategy, standards, steering suppliers, managing performance, and driving cost and quality optimization across the portfolio.Sourcing, Procurement & Contract Delivery: co-lead sourcing and procurement of services, and secure contractual compliance and high-quality service delivery from current facility providers and landlords.Maintenance Planning & Execution: Create and maintain facility plans that balance preventive and reactive work and meet internal and external requirements.Data, Systems & Financial Performance: Ensure accurate asset, maintenance and project data across facility management systems to manage budgets, forecasts, and quality performance through structured follow-upEnergy Management: drive energy efficiency reduction initiatives to optimize energy efficiency and drive cost-reduction initiativesWHO YOU’LL WORK WITHYou will work closely with the Expansion team (Construction Project Managers, Facility Managers, Lease managers, Legal Counsels and Controllers) as well as Sales Teams (Store Operations, Area Managers…FastighetsförvaltareFastighetsförvaltare
