Lyten is seeking a Facility & Utility Technician with experience in fire protection systems. In this role you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and improvement of facility, utility and fire protection systems supporting production and office environments. Ensures buildings, utilities and life safety systems are maintained in compliance with Swedish regulations, company standards and sustainability objectives. Key Responsibilities Overall areas of responsibilities and activities Maintain and improve facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, compressed air, utilities, and building infrastructure. Maintain, inspect and test fire protection systems including fire alarms, smoke detection, sprinkler systems, emergency lighting, and fire water infrastructure. Support the site's Systematiskt Brandskyddsarbete (SBA) through inspections, documentation and corrective actions. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure reliable operation of facility and safety systems. Coordinate contractors, service providers and regulatory inspections. Support facility projects, equipment installations and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain technical documentation, maintenance records and regulatory compliance documentation. Respond to facility, utility and fire system incidents and participate in emergency preparedness activities. Collaborate with Production, EHS and Engineering to maintain a safe and efficient workplace Requirements Educational background and previous experience required for the role Qualifications and Experience Minimum 3 years' experience maintaining industrial fire protection and life safety systems.
