Lyten is seeking an experienced Facility & Utility technician with specific competence in pressurized vessels. In this role you will be responsible for the safe operation, monitoring, inspection, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of pressurized equipment and systems in accordance with AFS 2023:11 and site procedures. Supports the facility's pressure equipment program, risk assessments, and continuous supervision activities. Additionally you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, maintenance and development of all facilities and supporting infrastructure within the company’s production and office environments. The role ensures that utilities (such as water, heating/cooling, compressed air, gases, and electrical distribution) and facility systems (buildings, workshops, access, and general services) are maintained at high standards to support production continuity and workplace safety and sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities Overall areas of responsibilities and activities Operate, inspect and maintain facility, utility and pressurized systems in accordance with AFS 2023:11. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Support inspections, FLT activities and compliance requirements for pressure equipment. Maintain records related to inspections, maintenance, repairs, modifications and statutory compliance. Coordinate and support inspections performed by accredited inspection bodies.
