If you're passionate about people, supply chain excellence, and delivering business results, we would love to hear from you.How you’ll make an impactBe the primary factory responsible for strategic sourcing activities by ensuring material availability, delivery performance and cost competitiveness.Develop and lead a competent, technically strong SCM team to support operations.Manage assigned spend with a short term and medium term sourcing strategy to meet targets on total cost of ownership, quality, and reliability of supplies.Select, qualify, and classify suppliers. Negotiate and sign contracts with key global suppliers and local suppliers.Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.Apply SCM standards, tools, and processes to ensure business continuity.Collaborate with other functions and across similar factories on backlog execution, new product introduction, escalation cases and synergies.Implements the sourcing strategy in the factory in line PL/Hub.
