Position SummaryAs a Field Services Supervisor at Palsatech Sweden, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating field operations related to mineral exploration, drilling support, geological fieldwork, sampling programs, logistics, and other technical services. The role combines operational leadership, personnel management, health and safety responsibility, and customer engagement.You will act as the key link between clients, field personnel, subcontractors, geologists, and company management, ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
