Assignment DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced FPGA Developer / FPGA LeadWhat You Will Work OnLead and mentor a team of FPGA developersDesign and develop FPGA-based readout systems for neutron detectorsDevelop FPGA logic using VHDL and/or VerilogPerform FPGA simulation, verification, and testingDeploy and validate FPGA solutions in real-world applicationsTroubleshoot and improve existing FPGA designsOptimize FPGA systems for performance, reliability, and scalabilityWork with hardware debugging tools and methodologiesCollaborate with scientists, engineers, and cross-functional technical teamsSupport high-speed data acquisition and signal processing activitiesContribute to hardware/software co-design where requiredEnsure designs comply with relevant standards and safety requirementsWhat You BringStrong professional experience in FPGA developmentHands-on experience with VHDL and/or VerilogExperience with FPGA simulation, verification, and testingExperience with hardware debugging and troubleshootingExperience leading or mentoring FPGA engineersStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teamsExcellent communication skills in EnglishSwedish is a plus
