You will work with incoming campaign requests from our customers, advise on campaign approach, prepare and launch advertising, and optimize performance throughout the campaign period. Responsibilities: Plan and manage paid social campaigns for recruitment advertising Translate employer hiring needs into effective campaign strategies Create or adapt ad copy and campaign assets for relevant platforms Set up targeting, budgets, campaign structure, and tracking Monitor performance and make ongoing optimizations Provide clear communication and updates through Zynca’s workflow Maintain a high standard of service for employers using Zynca ⭐ Your profile At least 2 years of experience in paid social advertising Experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, or similar. Strong knowledge of targeting, optimization, budget management, and reporting is desirable, as well as excellent written communication skills.
