Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Genesys Cloud Developer / Technical Engineer to join our internal development team. In this role, you will contribute directly to the design, development, configuration, and continuous improvement of our future cloud-based Genesys platform and the ecosystem of connected systems within the Contact Centre domain.You will work closely with architects, developers, product owners, and operational teams to build scalable, secure, and modern customer interaction solutions.
