The team will shape the employee experience at the start and end of the lifecycle, from attraction, recruitment, pre-boarding, onboarding to offboarding. Our Talent Attraction capability is key for how we connect and brand ourselves to candidates on the external market. In this role, you will work in the intersection between employer branding, recruitment, leadership, and partner closely with Group Communication and Brand.
