About the jobAs the Global S&OP Process Specialist, you will play a key role within Alfa Laval's Global Spare Parts Planning Team, part of Parts Distribution & Logistics (PDL). In this role, you will coordinate and facilitate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment between supply planning, business needs, and operational execution. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will drive collaboration across Business Units and Distribution Centers while supporting continuous improvements in planning processes and tools. Some of your key responsibilities will be:Facilitate and coordinate S&OP governance meetings, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, clear communication, and timely follow-up on actions.Coordinate cross-functional supply planning activities across Business Units and Distribution Centers to optimize inventory levels while maintaining high customer service levels.Analyze planning data, forecasts, and supply chain performance to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.Participate in and support supply chain improvement initiatives, projects, and system implementations.
