Role Summary The purpose of the role is to lead the global Talent, People Analytics and Data Management agenda within Production, Procurement and Logistics (PPL), ensuring that people, capability and workforce decisions are supported by robust processes, high-quality data and actionable insights. The role enables sustainable business performance and transformation by strengthening talent and leadership pipelines, supporting succession and development, and transforming people data into insights that guide strategic workforce decisions. Acting as a key bridge between the PPL business, Group P&C and the global CoE structure, the role ensures that business needs are translated into relevant global processes, data requirements and solutions.
