Public Property Invest (PPI) is a Nordic real estate company that specialises in social infrastructure. We own, manage and develop properties for public sector tenants - care homes, police stations, courts, healthcare facilities and other critical public functions across Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. Following a significant acquisition, we are now building a unified company that shares a technology foundation, common ways of working, and a single Nordic operating model across four countries.To make that real, we are now looking for a Head of Data & Technology who wants to take ownership of our system landscape and technology roadmap. A role based in Stockholm with Nordic responsibility.About the roleAs Head of Data & Technology, you will have full responsibility for our ongoing system harmonisation and data landscape. This includes setting architecture standards, handling vendor governance, and defining the strategic direction that will shape us as a modern Nordic real estate company. You will report directly to the CEO, and there is real room to define and grow this role.You will lead an active transformation with both internal stakeholders and external consultants.
