Your role The mission for Service Area Platform is to enable business value by providing stable, efficient, secure, and future-proof platforms and services. As the Head of Governance & Digital Capabilities you report to 'Head of Digital Workflow platforms'. Digital Workflow Capabilities largest platform is ServiceNow and includes workflows implemented on the platform (ex ServiceHub, CSM, GRC).The role involves managing daily activities, managing the team, and supporting operational and development tasks to ensure the service runs smoothly and meets its goals. You will be responsible for the day-to-day activities throughout the service lifecycle and manage the team dedicated to the service. You will assist in managing development and operations activities in collaboration with the manager of the service, serve as the daily operational lead. Ensure that all technical changes are communicated and managed both within and outside the team.
