The successful candidate will provide technicalleadership, guide engineering teams, and help shape the company's technology strategy whilemaintaining a strong understanding of software architecture and modern development practices.Responsibilities• Lead the architecture, development, and long-term technical strategy for mobile and webapplications.• Oversee the software development lifecycle from planning and implementation throughdeployment and ongoing maintenance.• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and cloud infrastructure.• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams through technical guidance, performance coaching,and knowledge sharing.• Establish and promote engineering best practices, including testing, agile development, sprintplanning, code review, and continuous improvement.• Collaborate with product, design, and executive leadership to define technical roadmaps andengineering priorities.• Support the development of reusable software components, internal tools, and engineeringstandards.• Evaluate emerging technologies and engineering practices to improve product quality, reliability,and development efficiency.Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, orequivalent professional experience.• At least 10 years of professional software development experience.• At least 5 years of experience leading engineering teams or serving in a senior technicalleadership role.• Extensive experience developing native mobile applications using Swift.• Strong understanding of software architecture, object-…
