The Head of Ecosystem is a pivotal role designed to define, own, and drive Electrolux's ecosystem strategy across connected experiences, new business models, and strategic partnerships. The role is accountable for setting the ecosystem direction, defining clear priorities and success measures, and delivering measurable consumer and business outcomes across products, services, platforms, and regions.The Head of Ecosystem will establish and govern a cohesive ecosystem of connected use cases, digital experiences, partnerships, and Consumables & Accessories throughout the consumer lifecycle—from onboarding and setup, to usage, replenishment, upgrades, and repair. The role will lead the integration of ecosystem strategies into business objectives and product roadmaps, working closely with Product Strategy & Planning, Connectivity, Digital Design, Regional Product Lines, Consumer Services and Ecosystem teams, Procurement, and Commercial leadership.This role carries the challenge of orchestrating the global ecosystem agenda, effectively addressing varying levels of complexity between regions.
