Your primary role will be to drive and lead SHE and Continuous Improvement (CI) as Test Factory Expert across Test Factory in Lund. As a Test Factory Expert, you will lead improvements related to safety ways of working, ensuring compliance with the Swedish Work Environment Act and supporting a strong safety culture throughout the organization. You will work across the full Test Factory organization in Lund, collaborate with the Test Factory’s in Modena, Italy, when relevant, and report to Test Factory Integration. Your responsibilities will include driving a proactive and business-oriented approach to safety, order, and workplace standards within the test halls. A key part of the role is to be present in the daily operations, supporting test engineers and teams with a high-quality approach focused on safety, risk prevention, and sustainable ways of working. You will be responsible for driving and coordinating improvement activities related to Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, Chemical Safety, Pressurized Equipment, and safety rounds in the test halls. You will lead awareness sessions, training activities, and workshops to strengthen safety knowledge and engagement across Test Factory.
