What you would do as our HR analyst graduateYou would combine hands-on reporting with the development of insight solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across ASSA ABLOY. Working closely with global and divisional HR stakeholders, you would help shape and strengthen our HR analytics landscape while growing your expertise in a collaborative, international environment. As part of the graduate programme, you would benefit from structured development and mentoring, along with a 3-month international secondment in another ASSA ABLOY region, giving you valuable exposure to our global organization and ways of working.
