As an important part of community development in northern Sweden—where some of the most critical investments are taking place—we are now seeking a driven Health, Safety & Environment Specialist (HSE), a key role in one of our complex projects in Northern Sweden. The role as HSE Specialist Do you want to help shape the industry of the future and play a key role in complex projects – in a safe and sustainable way? As a HSE Specialist on one of Sweden’s largest construction projects, you will have a central role in driving and developing systematic health and safety work on site. This is a role where your contribution truly makes a difference – every day, in the operation. You will work closely with production and other project functions on matters such as safety inspections, statistics, risk assessments, incident and non-conformance management, and preventative health and safety initiatives. You will lead and participate in meetings, and develop instructions and presentation materials. This role is not just about rules and procedures – it is about creating a strong, active safety culture where people thrive, perform, and return home safely.
