As an ICT Architect in the Systems Security and Business Strategy unit, you ensure we have the right input to make informed technical decisions, drive innovation, and stay aligned with partner organizations using and managing R&D IT and test environments. Our unit is responsible for making sure BNEW RCE Lab Ops services comply with mandatory security and architecture requirements, while also driving technology changes so Ericsson’s R&D community has a best-in-class test and development environment. In this enterprise architect role, you will own and drive technical inquiries and collaborate with stakeholders to improve the user environment. You will lead both high-level and detailed architectural studies within Lab Operations and across R&D IT, with a strong holistic mindset and global architectural responsibility for the services we provide. What you will do: - Develop a deep understanding of the current architecture, our services, and how they fit into the R&D IT landscape.- Act as a technical leader, driving DevSecOps practices and initiating MLOps capabilities.- Design, develop, and manage high-performance GPU clusters optimized for AI workloads.- Contribute to physical lab infrastructure and hardware asset management, including networking, storage, management infrastructure, and security services.- Use your broad IT knowledge and specialized expertise to solve complex problems and improve our service offering.- Collaborate with the manager, team lead, peer architects, and security analysts within the unit.- Work with the Architecture function in the RCE Lab Ops DevSecOps…
