The core challenge is to shape a future-proof setup for account provisioning, authentication and federation across on-premises Active Directory and Google Workspace, while supporting a transition to a new AD structure.In this role, you will evaluate how identities should be synchronized and managed going forward. A central part of the assignment is to assess whether the current use of Google Cloud Directory Sync should remain, whether Entra ID is a better path, or whether another approach would create a stronger long-term solution. You will also look at the federation model needed for a future setup and define how this should be handled during account migration.You will work in an environment where clear documentation, well-founded recommendations and the ability to explain trade-offs matter just as much as technical depth.
