Contribute directly to stronger supplier performance and smoother supply chain flows. About the job You join the Operational Order Management Office and take dedicated ownership of internal suppliers — the Sandvik production units and sister brands within Sandvik Machining that Seco buys parts from. You bring structure to escalation, master-data quality and supplier performance, using disciplined ways of working in an internal supplier context. You report to the Operational Order Management Office Manager, with a dotted line to the S&OP Cross-brand Lead. Job responsibilities Own escalated purchase order exceptions for internal orders, including delivery, quality and invoice deviations. Act as the single point of ownership and escalation for internal supplier issues. Prepare, run and follow up supplier performance dialogues. Monitor quality, delivery and cost KPIs, and lead root-cause problem solving with relevant stakeholders. Set up new internal suppliers and maintain supplier and item master data in the ERP system.
