Job DescriptionWHAT YOU'LL DOAs an Investment Associate at H&M Group's New Growth & Ventures, you will help identify, evaluate, and support investments in the companies shaping the future of fashion and customer experience. You will work across the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and due diligence to portfolio support, combining rigorous financial analysis with an outward-facing, relationship-driven approach.This role has two equally important sides. Out in the ecosystem, you will have a visible and active presence at startup events, industry meetups and gatherings across the world, building relationships with founders and investors and turning new connections into promising leads.
