SweGaN's benchmark QuanFINE® epitaxial growth technology increases the performance of RF and power devices and reduces energy consumption.About the RoleAs an Epi Process Engineer at SweGaN, you will contribute to ensuring stable, efficient, and reproducible epitaxy processes.This is a hands-on engineering role where you will combine technical analysis, process monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to support our manufacturing operations.You will work closely with Production and Maintenance, acting as an important technical link between Process Engineering and Operations.
