It plays a vital role in the development, verification, and certification of technologies used across the global power grid.As Department Manager of Technology & Maintenance, you will lead one of the key departments within the laboratory, responsible for technical infrastructure, maintenance, facilities, and long-term development. Working closely with highly skilled specialists and fellow leaders, you will help ensure that the laboratory continues to provide a safe, reliable, and world-class environment for testing and development, both today and in the future.We are looking for an approachable and confident leader who enjoys building strong teams, driving improvements, and creating clarity in a complex environment.
