Job DescriptionAs a Lead Data Analyst focused on Analytics engineering, you will play a key role in raising the analytical and technical maturity of our Data Analysts by establishing standards, providing hands-on guidance and enabling analysts to build robust and scalable data products. You will lead the development and adoption of Analytics Engineering practices across the organization, helping teams improve how data is modeled, governed, and consumed. Through upskilling, knowledge sharing, and creation of reusable frameworks and assets, you will strengthen our analytics capabilities and help establish a more consistent way of working with data. The role requires a high degree of autonomy, initiative taking, and collaboration. You will proactively identify opportunities to improve data practices, drive cross-functional initiatives, and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups. Success in this role depends on your ability to balance strategic priorities with execution, navigate a complex organization and data landscape, and help teams deliver analytical solutions that are scalable, maintainable and aligned with business needs.
