This role will play a critical part in shaping and executing our debt financing strategy, ensuring compliance, and safeguarding the company’s legal and commercial interests across all debt-related matters.Reporting to the Head of Legal – Corporate Finance & Company Secretary, and working closely and with support from the Corporate Finance Legal Counsel, you will take primary day-to-day ownership of the legal workstreams underpinning the company's large project financing package, including its ECA and public funding arrangements, multi-tranche lender structures, and security package.This is an opportunity for an experienced, commercially-minded lawyer who wants to take ownership of a sophisticated and high-profile project finance capital stack, working directly with senior stakeholders on some of the company's most important legal and financial matters.
