Working closely with construction, engineering, commissioning, EPCM, and contractor teams, the role provides independent review and challenge of schedules, progress reporting, forecasts, critical paths, and recovery plans to ensure realistic and achievable delivery outcomes. The Lead Planning & Scheduling is responsible for maintaining and managing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the assigned area, ensuring alignment with project milestones, interfaces, dependencies, and execution priorities. The role supports project controls and management teams by providing accurate scheduleanalysis, performance reporting, risk identification, and forward-looking insights to enable effective decision-making and proactive issue resolution.
