We are looking for a Local Change Lead - SAP Implementation for a global company in Oskarshamn.Start is in Oct 2026, 12-months limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.We are looking for an experienced Local Change Lead to support the implementation of SAP within a local organization. This role is critical in ensuring that employees, managers, and key stakeholders are prepared for new business processes, new ways of working, and new system support.As the bridge between the central transformation program and the local business, you will translate program directives into practical and effective local change activities.
