Previously named Norstel AB, the company is ST’s competence center in silicon carbide material technology. The company has been developing silicon carbide for 20 years, first at Linkoping University, and since 2006 in a dedicated production facility in Norrkoping. We focus on the development and pilot production of silicon carbide (SiC) wafers for ST’s automotive market.
