Maintenance Manager The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all maintenance activities (preventive, predictive, and corrective) for production equipment to ensure stable, safe, and cost-effective operations. Owns 24/7 Safety, Quality and Efficiency of maintenance activities. Ensures the optimal spare parts inevntory required for uninterrupted Make Pack and Primary equipment maintenance and operation. The role ensures delivery of target machine efficiency, product quality, and equipment reliability, while supporting production performance and IWS deployment through effective maintenance systems and capability building.
