Role Summary As Manager Data Governance, you will play a key leadership role in enabling the organization to treat data as a trusted, consistent, and secure strategic asset. You will act as a connector between business and technology and promote strong data governance practices across the Nordic region. You will ensure they align with enterprise standards and meet local business needs. In this role, you will drive the change to a results-focused data approach. You will encourage collaborators to own data assets and assist them with understanding and applying governance frameworks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data is defined, managed, and used in a way that creates value, supports decision-making, and strengthens compliance.
